WALTER MORGENTHALER (*1946 in Grabs/ SG) lives and works in Basel. He is a Germanist and editor of the historical-critical texts (Karoline von Günderrode, Gottfried Keller, Kuno Raeber). His book “The House”, in which he reminisces room by room about his parent´s house was published in 2011. “The Village” is an extended continuation of this type of fictional reporting.
