Anne-Sophie Subilia, Matthieu Ruf, Daniel Vuataz & Aude Seigne began their collaboration with ten other creatives as the AJAR literary collective. Since 2024, they have worked together under their new name: the authors’ collective Elen Fern. “When the Catfish Come” is their first work to be published in a German-language edition. They live and work in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
