YADE YASEMIN ÖNDER (*1985 in Wiesbaden) studied literature and education at the HU Berlin, literary writing at the German Literature Institute Leipzig, and stage and screen writing at the University of Arts Berlin. Her first play ‘Kartonage’ premiered at the Vienna Burgtheater. In 2018 she won the prose category of the Open Mike competition and in 2019 she won the Martha-Saalfeld-sponsorship award.
