Peter Stamm (* 1963) has published novels, short stories, radio plays, and stage plays since his 1998 debut Agnes. His most recent works include In einer dunkelblauen Stunde (In a Deep Blue Hour) and the story Marcia aus Vermont (Marcia from Vermont). Among many other awards, Stamm received the Swiss Book Prize in 2018 for The Gentle Indifference of the World. He lives in Winterthur.
