For two days, young people will dominate the city. And the Literaturhaus will play its part in the JKF festival - featuring a major Poetry Slam, theatre performances, a lecture, and a musical reading. Check out the full program at www.jkf.ch.
6:00 PM – STREIFEN
Lorenzo, Flora, Fabian, Jon, and Anastasia met in various theater courses. They all have a musical background and have already appeared in different productions on Basel’s stages. In their first joint project “STREIFEN”, they explore aspects of encounters, group dynamics, and setting boundaries.
What does that have to do with STREIFEN? Come by and find out!
8:00 PM – JKF Slam
The open-list JKF SLAM at the Youth Culture Festival is open to anyone who wants to present their self-written texts on stage in front of an audience. Poets compete at the Literaturhaus for a surprise prize. The audience can enjoy a variety of performances and decide who gets to take the prize home!
