GAEA SCHOETERS (*1976) is a Flemish author, journalist, librettist and script writer. In 2012, she received the Jan Wauters Grand Prize for her creative use of language. She was awarded the Sabam for Culture literary prize for “Trophy”. The novel was given a positive reception by the Dutch press and at the Guest Country Appearance at the Leipziger Buchmesse it was celebrated as great discovery. It has been nominated as the “Favourite Book of the Swiss Book Trade”.
